This is the best Special Feature Menu I have seen yet. The only bad points that I will mention now is that the movie is only in Widescreen format and there is no sound or animation in the menus. First I will start with the Production Notes. It has Biographies of the Cast and Crew, you can read about how it went from novel to movie, can read about how they wanted to make it a "fantastic event", also how they constructed the pod in the movie, plus more. With all these production notes they have a few cool pictures to go with them, especially pictures of the Earth from space. Then there are the extra videos included in the movie. They have videos of how they did some of the special effects in the movie, videos of some of the computer animation used in the movie, they have two Theatrical Trailers included, which are very good as well. There is about an hour or more of Behind-The-Scenes and Extra Video included. There is also special Audio Tracks during the movie of the star Jodie Foster, Robert Zemeckis and Steve Starkey, and Ken Ralston and Stephen Rosenbaum. They each talk about and offer their own opinion about the scenes happening during the film. It is very interesting to listen to what they people who acted and made the movie thought about it. Overall this is an excellent package to complement the movie. All this is included on one side of the disc including the two and a half hour long movie. I rate this Interactive Menu:
